6 Week Series - All trimesters welcome!
We will explore shapes that help build strength and support mobility during this season of growth and change. Focusing on areas of the body that may be experiencing discomfort and preparing the body for labour/delivery.
We will connect with the pelvic floor and use breath techniques that will be supportive during labour.
We will work with affirmations and meditations and make efforts to foster a connection to baby while connecting with other moms-to-be in a welcoming environment.

Monthly Series - Baby + Me Yoga is a gentle, supportive class designed for postpartum moms and their babies, appropriate from about 6 weeks after birth (or when you feel ready). This class offers a welcoming space to ease back into movement, rebuild strength, and reconnect with your body while keeping your baby close. Benefits include improving core and pelvic floor awareness, reducing stress, supporting emotional well-being, and creating meaningful bonding time with your baby—while also connecting with a community of other moms in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.
