Prenatal Yoga Therapy Starts March 4th!

6 Week Series - All trimesters welcome!
We will explore shapes that help build strength and support mobility during this season of growth and change. Focusing on areas of the body that may be experiecning discomfort and preparing the body for labour/delivery.
We will connect with the pelvic floor and use breath techniques that will be supportive during labour.
We will work with affirmations and meditations and make efforts to foster a connection to baby while connecting with other moms-to-be in a welcoming environment.
