
Baby + Me Yoga is a gentle, supportive class designed for postpartum moms and their babies, appropriate from about 6 weeks after birth (or when you feel ready). This class offers a welcoming space to ease back into movement, rebuild strength, and reconnect with your body while keeping your baby close. Benefits include improving core and pelvic floor awareness, reducing stress, supporting emotional well-being, and creating meaningful bonding time with your baby—while also connecting with a community of other moms in a relaxed, low-pressure environment.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket for your baby to hang out on.
